Return and Refund Policy

Before any return/refund, please kindly contact us at manager@ledcardworks.com. And please provide us with your Purchase Order Number, and led us know the the reason for your return/refund in the email. Thanks!

One of our Customer Service Representatives will study and reply the issue for you very soon within 24 hours. Once the problems are figured out, if a return is needed for refund, we will issue RMA & return address for return. Upon returned item received, we will issue the refund. If no return is needed for refund, refund will be done in 1-3 working days.

Please kindly note that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. BTW, if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

--Any product that is returned above 30 days after receipt of your order (based on the delivery record).

-- Any product that is not in its original condition, such as missing parts, or is damaged due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, acts of God, natural disasters or other misuse.
